Like David said, it all depends which type you want to build.

M26A1 : Dragon/DML are the only game in town, nice kit, tricky individual tracks (aftermarket tracks
available from AFV Club)
T26E3 : Dragon/DML nice kit, nice individual tracks, great detail, not too difficult to build OR
Tamiya : very easy build, workable suspension, poor tracks (one piece flexible plastic) detail
is oversimplified in some areas, but very nice overall (aftermarket tracks available from WWII
productions).

Some say the Tamiya turret is off, this has to be verified however.
