The M728 CEV has been listed off and on for eons now. At the risk of sounding a bit discouraging, I wouldn't get one's hopes up too high for the release of this vehicle anytime soon.
On the other hand I am under the impression that this is one of the most sought after vehicles around, especially since the H&K resin conversion is long OOP and the conversion from AEF leaves much to be desired.
I showed my completed version several times last year and it always managed to generate a great deal of interest.
