Don't know of any conversion kits, but Tamiya did release an M2A2 kit (#35152), except without interior. You may have to get hold of references if you want to update it to an M2A2-ODA, the current version used in Gulf War 2, Afganistan & Kosovo.
Concord books' Armored Assault vol.2 is a good reference w/c features the US 3rd ID as they deployed in Kosovo. Hope this helps!
