Several months ago, I placed an order with Anvil Miniatures by snail
mail and e-mail for a set of their Tiger I tracks and for one of their
earth-powder products. To date, I have yet to receive anything from
them.
I tried e-mailing them several times to no avail. Finally, about a month
ago, I wound up calling Australia from the United States to find out
what the hell was going on, especially since they had my credit card
information.
Has anyone experienced the same difficulties in getting some type of
cooperation from these guys?
