Agree - Usually they deliver books within a week
in my mailbox here in Norway (it's no customs or VAT on books...), they send mail messages to confirm delivery, shippment date etc.
I have ordered several of the Spielberger books from Germany, and I have also started to order English language books and CDs from then (If available - rather than from UK or US)
because of their excellent service.
