SARS won't stay alive in the air more than 24 hours. You are pretty safe when it arrives at your place.
If you really worry about it, you can do these.
1.Wear gloves and mask, which you can throw away after the use.
2. Open the package and model box. Burn the boxes.
3. Take out the sprues from the sealed bags and throw the bags to the garbage bin.
4. Wash the sprues with concentrated bleach.
5. Throw away the gloves and the mask.
6. Wash your hands with soap for a couple of minutes.

Good luck and happy modelling
