I had a very pleasant experience recently with Resicast and wanted to share
it. I bought the Resicast ARV Mk. I conversion set and was happy with the
quality, but there was one problem: a few parts were missing. I emailed
Resicast regarding the problem and was sent a reply saying that they would
provide the missing parts. When the small package arrived I was pleasantly
surprised to find not only the missing pieces, but also one of the excellent
Resicast figures (as an apology I assume). I thought that this was a very
nice gesture and it was certainly appreciated. I can't recommend Resicast
products enough as everyone I have or have seen is of a high quality and as
I have just found out their customer is top notch as well.
