From my experience if you need replacement parts you are best of to
demonstrate that you have bought the kit and that it contained faulty parts.
Hence attaching a photo of the damaged sprue to your request would
strengthen your case or alternatively making your request thru the shop you
purchased the item.
If you don't demonstrate the above on a kit such as the Hornisse you request
can easily look like you just want the latest parts to upgrade your old
Nashorn kit and I bet DML's vendors have receved a few of these.
