Hi Andrew,
I would have to agree with Christophe.I also just completed my Crmowell and rather than using plastic cement, I used Super glue as the bond is stronger and dries faster than plastic cement.I also used the super glue to glue the tracks to the road wheels to replicate that sag.Hope this helps.
