Subject:  What paint peeled off?List thread.

Did the basecoat peel off or just the TS coat?

If the basecoast peeled, it probably wasn't lacquer based paint like the TS
paint. Lacquers over acrylics or enamels, no matter how long they've dried,
is risky and should be avoided.
