It took me about 3 months of occasional searches, but I finally got a used
one in very fine condition for $109US last year.
I cant recall which I found it through, but it was either
http://dogbert.abebooks.com/abe/BookSearch or http://www.bookfinder.com/
both of which seem to be clearing houses for smaller bookstores (not just in
the US, some appear to be in the UK and Canada).
