| Subject: | So So kits | |

| Overall they are okay kits. Molding is rough, so there is a lot of cleanup, and the flat hull panels do not fit well. The wheels and tracks are pretty nice, and, unlike Zvezda, EE does not use the BT-5 track on the BT-7. Some of the turrets like the later conical one don't seem quite right in scale and proportion. The engine intakes are just vast slots on the upper hull, so some mesh at least, if not a p-e set will really be needed. Plans are poor, too. You will never figure out how to install the front idler and steering assemblies without drawings or photos from reference books. |
