Agreed, PE Zimmerit is way up there on the list, and "damaged" wheel sets
just make no sense. Who buys these?

PE sets that replace perfectly GOOD kit parts, are high on my worse product
list.

Modern, top quality kit manufacturers like Tamiya, and DML have many kits
that can be built in to beautiful models right out of the box. Great
portions of these kits are in scale, and well made. Why battle with
microscopic, so-called, "workable" hinges and parts, that replace kit parts
ALREADY IN SCALE? I am working on a review project in which I have to use a
whole Lion Roar PE set on one kit. So I know about replacing perfectly fine
molded parts with PE. The average modeler is just not going to do this much
work. Vendors might consider PE sets that provide only the barebones
"needed" replacement parts. Of course these would be a lot cheaper. Would
you buy them? I would!
