Armybook is good to deal with, although you should be patient. It may take a period of time to get all of your books, and they seem to mail one item at a time. As you pay a flat postage fee it isnt a big problem, though. I ordered about 12 books and over a 4 month period got every single one of them with no problems, although the post office kept looking at the funny paper wrapped parcels tied with string! Good to deal with.
