For the Kirin Flak 38 crew try the jaguar models website:

I got mine within the last couple of months - and the figures are pretty darned good! Although they depict luftwaffe troops in tropical uniform, most are wearing Type II smocks and are relatively easy to convert to an SS flak crew in tropical or 'summer' garb (that's what I'm doing anyway!).
