Hello Pete,
i am just kidding a little. I am german and live in Hamburg.

It sounds like you are american and if it is allowed, i like to say something good about americans cause you talking about a little problem
to use other langueges.
I was two times in america for bike riding cause i am a mountainbiker too. I find many friends there and they teach me on some parts of your wonderful country(california, Utah) how to "fly" with your bike downhill.
Nearly everyone is talking a little bit german to me, not perfect(like my english here) but it doesn`t matter cause it is allways very nice and
showed the goodwill.
I think the goodwill and positive thinking is what happens also here. You find it out if you reed this thread, all guys are hardly joking arround but nobody need to add a yellow smile in the post as a direction how we have to understand his words.
Armour is number one here but sometimes a thread find his own dynamic and to me it is very OK.
Maybe James are not so lukky with that cause he is looking for an article. I am pretty sure, if someone have it he will send him that stuff.
I like to feel the spirit of modeling here on this site. It is not important here how much you know about amour and it is not important how good you are in making models. We are share information and tipps for everyone to get all the fun that hobby give.
Sounds normal but somethimes i miss that spirit(not here on TL)many people are know what i am talking from(i hope).
Best regards and with a yellow smile who closed one his eyes from time to time

Hartmut
