I don't understand. Why is this fellow expending so much time and energy
in this activity? It may be more the one person too, but what's the
point? Is there really so little else to do with one's time???

It seems there must be some personal animosity fueling it. That would
make this a sort of silly & pathetic behavior to an extreme.
