Put an X-acto all the way through the tip of my finger one time. I was about
10 years old working on a Monogram Pz IV if I recall, trying to cut open the
engine covers. The plastic had to have been 1/4" thick on those kits. I was
really pushing hard on the knife when it skipped off and stabbed through my
finger into the bench. Luckily it was right at the tip.
