Hi Christophe, it was an old AMX-13 (90mm) used for tank-driver training,
according to some sources the particular tank's max speed is 30-40km/hr but
the brake failed.

The accident happened in a down-hill road, the driver *zig-zagged* the tank
to reduce the tank's speed.
