Here's what I like best about the new interface:
1. The "Expand Messages" feature. That has to be the top thing on my list.
2. The ability to preview a message before posting it.
3. The new software seems to keep better track of who answered who within a given thread, something that wasn't always so with the previous version.
4. The slimmed down and improved layout of the messages, especially the header section.
The only "negative" (in the weakest possible sense) criticism I would offer is the fact the the message hierarchy within a thread appears to be lost when all messages are expanded. I'm not sure if this is making sense at all, but if it doesn't, son't worry about it as it is only a very minor issue.
