...I have been tasked/asked:) by Paul Roberts, National Chief Judge and New AMPS Show Chairman to pass the word that the national show IS happening! Paul put together a "crack" group of show planners and we're working to bring ya'll another great show!
The show is still in Havre de Grace at the Community Center, on the same dates, April 16+17 with set-up on Thursday. The show should have all of our favorite vendors (none have backed out as far as I know), many of the seminars are conformed, plus some new ones. About the only thing which has changed that I know of is that there is no planned dinner at McGregor's.
For the most up to date info please start visiting the old (the one that everyone thinks is gone but isn't) AMPS DG unless we haven't been told something we now control whether that board stays up or not (thanks Gerard) We will try and answer all the questions we can as soon as we can, as honestly as we can! (we work too:):):) some details are still in flux but being worked on!
I want to thank Dave Yarnell for sponsering the AMPS discussions on DigitalDiorama's, he put that site up right after the wheels came off 2 wks. ago. Dave you stepped up when the club needed you! Well the wheels appear to be back on now and it's time to have the show, just like we've done for the last 10 years!
We need everyone's support and we need to see everyone at the show. We can all make sure that we see an AMPS 2005 on the horizon!
