Sometimes a manufacturer redo completely a same model within their range.
I think (but I'm not 100% sure) that this was the case with Elite, their releasing different kits of the Flakpanzer 38(t) through the years. You may have bought one of their earlier efforts (which would explain the difference with the review.
If that's not the case you bought another kit of the tank by another manufacturer that the seller tried to pass of as Elite's. I doubt the seller has cast pirate copies but it might also be a pirate copy made in Asia or Czech republic.
You could perhaps consult Elite directly if you want to be sure.
