Hello,

If it is the case Christophe mentioned, then I must admit that is the first time I have heard it. I guess I am an ignorant consumer. :^)

Imagine forking out lots of money to get a kit that is mentioned in online reviews to be "multimedia", only to get it in all resin without the metal barrel and such. This can be quite disheartening, especially if you are not aware of the fact that it could be re-released in resin too.

I have also checked the Elite website and done searches of the M-L forums regarding this kit, none of them mentioned an all resin re-release. THAT is why I was not aware of the fact when I got the all resin kit in my mail.

I tried to forget that it by putting it into a corner of my collection, but all the recent +38(t) craze (Marder, Grille...) prompted me to take one more look.

I am not trying to purposely accuse anyone of swindling me. Notice I have NOT mentioned any names or online aliases. I am just trying to relate an incident that I felt was true.

Now I guess I could sleep better knowing that the kit is genuine. Thanks for all the responses!!!

Cheers!
