For fear of being misinterpreted yet again I must say I did use these examples as
things that came up over the years.

In fairness to that manufacturer, whom some of you may have recognized ;-) , I must say
I felt they had a quality control problem some years ago but fortunately they seem to
have adressed it. I've had no problem whatsoever in recent orders. Also they never
ostracised me because of my comments on the Internet and always treated me like a
regular customer, promptly answering all questions and queries, and believe me their
regular customers are very well treated indeed! A toast to ........ ...... !!!!!

Cheers,

Christophe
