I've added image uploading to the forums. By pressing the [Browse' button on the message form you can now attach one image per message up to 200K. They may be JPEG (all funny versions), GIF or PNG files. They will be automagically scaled down to 600 pixels in width if they are too wide.
In consideration of overhead please do not post silly sig banners or similar non-modelling related images. If you want to post more than one image per message, well you can't, but you can post multiple messages to topic... so just post a bunch of replies.
