Read thourgh the 2 sintruction sheets again last night and finally realized how to read the instructions.
The 2nd sheet contains "additional" information for the 35-006 kit. The main flow is still in the 1st sheet. When there is a point that is different from 35-001 kit and should apply to the new kit, there is a corresponding section with the same section number in the 2nd sheet. Most of the additional sections contain diaragms while some of them have only a few words in Japanese within. Here are translations of those notes in Japanese .

Section 8 :
Jerry Can - There are 2 kinds of jerry cans included in the kit, for fuel and water. The base colour is Dark Yellow. Water can were painted with white cross on both sides.

Section 11:
Spare Idle Wheel Section - There are 2 kinds, rubber(D15) and steel(D14), of spare idle wheel section included in the kit. Please refer to the vehicles in the Painting and Marking guide for the proper conbinations.
Spare Tracks - Use B6, B7 and B8 for the sapre tracks. They can be painted in the camouflage colours.

Section 12:
Jack - Jack is not used for this kit. Please use it in a diaram. Fire extinguisher is mentioned in Section 11.

Section 13:
Fire extinguisher is mentioned in Section 11.

Section 17:
Turret Jerry Can and Jerry Can Brackets - Jerry Can and Jerry Can Brackets are not used in here.
2cm ammo case will be used later. make 2 of them.

Section 19:
Smoke Discharger - D1 is filled with smoke grenade and D2 is empty. When attaching canisters to the mounting base, the jags on the open side of the canister should match to the bolt heads in the bottom of the mounting plate.
