| Subject: | Sherman Theme Winners | |

Greetings to all,
First I want to thank all that participated in the Sherman Month Theme. Second I want to commend all for the quality of the models that made this such a hard decision. So hard in fact that it changed the way I am going to do this. I had originally planned to pick a single winner myself, and give them a little shopping spree on the web-site. I have now decided to pick three winners and give each a cyber gift certificate. I also inlisted the help of three other buddy modelers to pick their top four and weighted our four list on a points scale. Four points for a first, 3 for a second, and so on. The top five selections were all seperated by a single point each. So as you can see this was a little bit more difficult than saying " I like that one best!" So here goes.
Third Place, and the winner of a $15 credit with Formations is Antonio Martin Tello for his Sherman Ib, I feel this may have been the best vehicle entered, a very accurate model.
Second Place, and the winner of a $30 credit with Formations is Luc Klinkers for the Sherman Vc, I think that this model had the best overall presentation.
First Place, and winner of a $50 credit with Formations is (Drum Roll Please!) Rick Minichello with his Sherman Ib, This was the only model on all four judges list, I feel that the overall presentation, figures and weathering made it the overall winner, by a single point.
Thanks again to all who participated, and as a small thank you I offer a 10% discount to all the participants ( I'm keeping a list) on their next order with Formations. I will contact the three individual winners via e-mail.
Cheers to all,
Rob Ervin
