No it is not. If I ever get around to "fixing" it then it will be only for images library administrators to add images. In the past too many odd vehicles were uploaded, the consequent downloading knocked this site off the Internet and I received a huge bill. Anyhow, this is a modelling site first, not a reference site, there are far better sites around for pictures of military things.
