| Subject: | Anyone have any luck with Dragon cares? | |

Has anyone had any luck dealing with Dragoncares? (DML's new help/parts replacement webpage)
I got a copy of a new high profile DML kit with an incompletely molded hull and have had a somewhat frustrating experience dealing with them so far.
They have asked me for information I already sent them, asked me to take a picture of the part (short shot hull on new high-profile release) so they can forward it to the manufacturer), and acknowledged their recipt of my picture.
They have NOT made any mention of actually resolving the issue or sending a replacement part.
Has anyone dealt with them?
Anyone had any luck?
I had 2 experiences with the old Marco Polo folks, one good and one terrible.
It's been a couple of days since I last heard from them, and figured it was time to start asking around
Just wondering if I'm alone here.
It seems sort of a waste to have a slick looking customer service webpage, if the customer is doing the serving and not getting any service.
