I've used Easy Off with some degree of success. I don't know how different
types of Easy Off or different brands will affect your model, but I went with
Easy Off's 'cold oven' formula, which advertised itself as being fume-free
(which is not the case). Anyways, put your model in the sink, spray the oven
cleaner all over it, open a window, and wait about an hour to 90 minutes. Then
with a soft-bristler toothbrush and some soap, scrub the residual gunk off the
model and rinse it thoroughly.

I've found, however, that Easy Off (or at least the variant I used) doesn't
work as well around detail areas where a wash has been applied, which I think
sort of defeats the purpose of stripping the paint off to begin with.

Hope that helps,

Darren
