Chuck,
I had no problem with ordering from Historex Agents in the UK via fax. I had them charge my VISA and the order came through in about 12 days (pretty good for Dover to Tucson, AZ). The round set and the hex set came to a (total) of about $91.00 US. No problems.
If you want an alternative, try Waldroon punch & die sets. However, I doubt that they're as nice. The Historex round set has 9 sizes and the hex set has 4 sizes.
HTH,
Randy
