Yes. I am rebuilding the reviews area from scratch now so this can be done also.

This may be the case too. Related to this is the importance that people place on the number of stars a review gets. Several people have asked that the stars be included in the listings too.

I think removing the stars is something to consider, at least for in-the-box reviews.
