I got the word "except". I wasn't critizing Dirk. He did a great job.
Just for the sake of convenience I used his text as an example to explain that most people start out their descriptions with "OOTB" just out of plain habit and never intended to mislead anyone.
"Now as for me I built the Dragon 1/72 E-100 straight OOTB, but I substituted the turret with the one from the Pegasus model because I felt it was more accurate looking." Now I would have a problem with OOTB in this case. |
