If you really want to get back in then just use a proxy. There is an open proxy list here:
http://www.openproxies.com/
In IE:
1) Tools --> Internet Options
2) Connections --> LAN Settings
3) check the "Use a proxy server..." box
4) enter one of the IPs and ports from the list
In Netscape/Mozilla/Firefox:
1) Edit --> Preferences
2) Advanced --> Proxies
3) select "Manual proxy configuration"
4) enter the proxy IP and Port in "HTTP Proxy"
Now you'll appear to be coming from the proxy IP and not your real one, thus defeating any blocks on your IP. Using a proxy usually means a slower connection so turn it off when you're done viewing the blocked site.
