Yea, good ol dad, rest his soul, got me started on my modelling frenzy. I must have been about 5 when he gave me my first kit, a 1/72nd P-40, and then kept me supplied in kits and paint. What a guy, saving a big rig combo for retirement, comes home after a 2 week run to see it all sloppily put together and all he said was "it looks good son". I can just pray I'll turn out to be half the dad he was even though he gone so much. Great topic Tim!
