I have had exactly the same experience with Mission Models.
I live in Scotland and travel to the USA once a year to see some family and friends. For the last couple of years I have ordered some stuff from Mission, usually a fairly big box ! I'll get it shipped to my cousins place in West Palm Beach,FL and every time the package is there before I arrive !

Nothing is too much trouble for them !
