The drawing shows a post Dec 1943 command version or officially known as Befehlsjaeger 38 fuer 7.5cm Pak 40/3.Note the extra rack for the Fu 8 radio set replacing the right side 12 round ammunition racks.
Tamiya's Marder IIIM is a standard version with full complement of rounds and also has the late welded driver's hood.
