There are a couple of pages on each in a book called 'Deutsche Militarfahrzeuge Bundeswehr und NVA' ISBN 3-613-02152-8. This covers postwar equipement of the East, West, and United German armies.

Obiviously most sites are in German.

I think there used to be one at the Budge Collection
