An easier question might be which ones didn't. The Soviets literally
dumped a lot of technology on most of the countries in Africa throughout
the 1960's, 1970's and 1980's. Here's a short list of T-55 users.
Angola
Chad
Egypt
Mozambique
Libya
Nigeria
Somalia
Sudan
Uganda
Zambia
Zimbabwe
..and more I'm sure
