Sadly I don't have a copy (you can't see the tank anyway!), but it often appearred on TV News and Newspaper coverage.
If you try "arkan" in a search engine you get plenty of sites, though often in Serb. He apparently had an interest in the 'Red Star Belgrade' football (soccer) team, so a few websites deal with this.
The websites, depending on their origin, depict Arkan as either a Serb patriot or war criminal.
