You should be able to convert ordinary german panzer crews into romanians without too much problems, turning their two part uiform into an overall.
However, the romanian tankers also used the ordinary infantry uniform to a large extent. This can be made by converting figures of german soldiers with low boots (post-1943), which Dragon has a fair selection of.
I would particulary recommend the Osprey book mentioned earlier about the Romanian army, as it contain both colour plates and photos of tankers.
BTW. i`m waiting for the Tacam kit myself from Hannants, any comments on it?
