The Verlinden Warmachines M113 vol 1 is also a pretty good 'modelers eye' type reference. It may be a bit tough to find but it it out there.
Also folks sell a CD of M113 maintenance manuals via ebay all the time. There is loads there you'll never use (wiring schematics) but lots of good tech manual illustrations.
