AFAIK they are in Kuwait. The Infantry division and Marine vehicles in Iraq are M1A1s. The Division (2nd??) that arrived later and deployed in Kuwait has the A2 but they did not take part in any fighting. The item on the turrets of some of the A1s is an anti missile dazzler.
