Christophe,

I agree with Andy not an M113A2 or earlier, if I recall correctly from my active duty days, the new M113A3 w/ external fuel tanks, does in fact have the steering system in your photo. However the hatch area in the photo looks nothing like a any M113 series drivers hatch. It actually looks more like a M-88 hatch opening, I believe the M109 series Howitzer uses this type of steering too.
I know I have not been of much help, in Identifying it, but in closing I do agree with Andy, not a M113.
