Hi Yc,
The latest use of a 17 pounder in combat seems to be in Lebanon in the
1970s. Go to the Sherman Registry site and check it out. Who did they fire
against? No clue. I do not even know if it was used against other armor.
Do not forget that Argentina may have used it in a border clash.
Not many other nations had them.
Check to Israel, Jordan, etcetera with their Achilles. Perhaps that would
help.
