I think I read the cost was $50,000-$60,000 for the minigun system and I'm not sure if that includes the armoring as well. Add that to the price of the SUV, and one vehicle can top $100,000 easily---or way over if the $50K doesn't include the armoring. As such, I know Saudi Arabia and another Mid-East nation has some, maybe Jordan or UAE.
Most civilian armored cars are what I call "run-away" armor because they have no means to fight effectively without getting shot up. Sure, one can stick guns out the side windows. At least with this one, the SUV can scarifice itself and has a massive punch too...80 seconds of ammo at 3000 rpm is mighty impressive! The gunner's exposed though, but the gun can engage air and land targets and armored SUVs do come with the smokescreen option as well a la James Bond and Spyhunter.
