Hi Jan-Willem,
We were discussing this vehicle last Saturday at the AMPS Paris meeting
and people were saying yes it is the same turret. The armour on the hull
front is not as thick as the 1A3 but I think I saw a photo with these
spaced armour side storage bin doors caracteristic of the 1A3, I'll
check.
