It's a VBRG used by the French Gendarmerie (kind of a police with have
that is organized like the military look at my image libary entry for
more details). French Gendarmes also provide security for some French
Embassies, a bit like the USMC does for US Embassies I believe.

Don't think there's anything in 1/35, but there might be a 1/50th scale
or 1/48th scale kie or die-cast.
