Turns out what my customer saw was the Five Star kit of the SA-6 missile on its tracked launcher. Anyway, I found it at Pelta in Poland. Five Star also lists a resin kit of the SA-4 Ganef. Both AA missiles have accompanying kits of their respective radar and guidance vehicles available. Thanks to all who wrote offering help.
