During wars between India and Pakistan (1965 and 1971), both side used T59, PT 76 and Western armor(M47, M48, Centurion, AMX 13 and older models).
You can find nice pictures of these conflicts on the Indian Army site. I don't remember the URL, but there's a link on Poelstra's site on the Sherman tank.
If you can get the Concord book on war in Angola, you'll have few pictures of T54/55 used by Cuban troops and even re-used by the other side alogside SADF Olifant (reworked Centurions).
